In this cooking class, Chef Lena will teach guests to prepare a magnificent multi-course meal with flavors from the land and sea. She'll begin the class with a fun scallop appetizer known as a scallop 'BLT' with pancetta, tomato, and garlic aioli. For the main, she'll show you how to grill a perfectly juicy sirloin filet with vegetable sides and a pretty red pepper coulis.
Dessert may include chocolate cake, chocolate-dipped pound cake, or a fruit tart. At the end of the class, everyone will sit down and enjoy the meal together in Chef Lena's lovely home in San Jose.
