Spice up date night with a sun-soaked trip to the Mediterranean! In this instructor-led cooking class, you and your partner will make a meal influenced by the culinary traditions of Italy, Greece, Spain and France. Practice essential cooking skills as you learn to transform fresh ingredients and Mediterranean staples like olive oil, yogurt and spices into a multi-course feast.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

It was a great experience, the taste of the food we prepared was amazing, I was really blown away. I just wish that the set up would be in a way that each participant would do all the steps rather than sharing a set up with other participant.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
