Learn how to fold and roll butter into your croissant dough to achieve the perfect lamination. A five-star chef will share their tips and tricks to help you create croissants that wouldn’t look out of place in the best bakeries in Paris. Once you have the dough just right, experiment with the many sweet and savory flavor variations of this iconic French breakfast treat.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
