Keep the romance alive and treat your date to a luxurious lobster dinner.
A five-star chef will show you how to impress your date with a deliciously decadent lobster dinner in this unmissable cooking class. Using the finest ingredients you will learn how to skilfully prepare a selection of dishes for your loved one. Alongside the lobster you will be preparing homemade pasta and a buttery white wine sauce from scratch, all finished off with a sticky fig tart to sweeten the mood.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.

I booked a Cooking class with my schizophrenic son who just got out of treatment and this was his gift for doing so well. Dealing with a grown man with this disease is hard enough but then I got the dates mixed up for this lunch and called 2 different people to explain my situation and no one would help. I booked for a party of 4 and almost $400 gone with no one caring enough to help me. I just got sorry your out of luck and absolutely no returns. It would be great to speak with someone about our situation and if I can do anything to get back $400 that we desperately need back because we are supporting an adult child with mental issues.

It was fun class! She explained us the reason why we do each step. I wish I had more time to make from scratch as I love cooking. But I had great time with friends! Thank you for the opportunity.

I had Chef Meribeth during the Italian pasta making course. She was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and overall great to work with. Her directions were easily understood and the meal came out wonderful. She allowed us to customize our pasta sauces to taste exactly how we wanted and the gelato making lesson was insightful. I would 100% recommend taking one of her classes. I already signed up for my next one. Thank you Chef!

The food wasn't bad. After all I did make it lol. But, I asked for new dumpling wraps (5 of them) because mine were literally TOSSED on the table in front of me (instead of the cutting board) like everyone else's (mind you we had just been dealing with raw ground beef and no- one had wiped the tables) and I was INTERROGATED about why I wanted new wraps. It was very embarrassing. Like a teacher calling out a student in front of the classroom. The chef then said she would reuse them because the table wasn't that dirty. So, be forewarned.

Very fun experience. Seemed a little bit rushed trying to get it all done before 9pm when event was over. Worthwhile for sure though! Trying to get the recipe so we can recreate at home.

I really wish the chef took more time helping out everyone. The work space was very small so we didn’t have all items needed on work place. We had to work with another couple. Also it seem like the chef was a little perturbed during the class. When a group asked her a question she didn’t know the word in English.

We love the class and learn some techniques about sous vide cooking that we have never known before. The class was very easy to follow and everyone was extremely nice We hope to come back again

I learned a lot and the experience was fun (plus the food was yummy)! However, they were running late setting up which resulted in a rushed experience. Especially at the end it felt like they were really rushing us and I didn’t get to eat as much as I would have liked. Then I wasn’t allowed to take any home even though there was so much left!

This was my first experience at a cooking class. Our chef was very friendly and informative. I was not pleased that we felt rushed towards the end of the evening. We were also told that we couldn’t take any of the leftover food (there was a lot) home with us and that usually the staff share it.

The class was easy to follow and the food was delicious! Megan did a great job leading us through each step and the pace was perfect — not too fast and not too slow, happy to answer questions and explain things so we knew not just what to do, but why we were doing it. Thank you so much for the experience!

The food was good. The class was meh. I really wish there were those large mirrors so that we could see the chef demonstrating what to do; instead she just told us to chop the veggies and went around helping individual people as needed. She would demonstrate something using one couple's ingredients but those across the room couldn't really see what she was doing. It was fun, but I probably wouldn't do it again. Also she said we would get the recipes via email and we never did.

We enjoyed our experience but we're disappointed about some things. We felt very rushed at the end and it had not even been 2 hrs. We understood it could be up to 2 and a half hours. We also had a lot of food left because we were rushed and asked if we could take our food to go. We were told no. The nicest restaurants in the world let you take your food. We were also told it included dessert, but there was no dessert.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
