Elevate your cooking game with a technique refresher course geared towards French favorites.
Strike a balance between elevated and comforting with this French bistro meal. Gain confidence as you practice the fundamentals, guided by a chef. Season and sear steak, fry up crispy frites to dip in a homemade aioli and practice knife skills to make a tangy side salad. For dessert, bake up a gooey and sweet treat.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
