In this dim sum cooking class, you’ll embark on a culinary journey. Begin by crafting the iconic dim sum buns, achieving a harmonious blend of soft buns and filling. Next, master the art of creating steamed dumplings. Finally, prepare shumai with a delectable filling, complemented by a sweet sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

It was fun, but I wish I would have known more about the experience. Bringing wine wasn't an option, but people had it and most of us were confused. Also, spending all that money and having to share a station and the prep with another couple would have been useful prior to booking. I'd do this again, if we had our own station and could cook as one couple.

We attended the Rustic Italian date night class. Chef Rosalind was an excellent instructor; she explained the cooking directions clearly, as well as provided additional nutritional information. Our meal was delicious! I would recommend Cozymeal classes. They are fun and entertaining.

Enjoyed the class and learning to make pasta. Chef Rachel and Patrick did a great job explaining everything and answering questions.

After spending several decades in the food service industry, Chef Rosalind has determined that baking is her true passion. Her work has taken her from hotels to food trucks to jobs on the supply side of business. She's even spent time teaching cooking to high school students.
