What You’ll Do

In this dim sum cooking class, you’ll embark on a culinary journey. Begin by crafting the iconic dim sum buns, achieving a harmonious blend of soft buns and filling. Next, master the art of creating steamed dumplings. Finally, prepare shumai with a delectable filling, complemented by a sweet sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.

Knife skills are a fundamental skill and Chef Visalia was a great instructor.
