Chef Ricky was amazing! His class was incredibly interesting for myself and my 12 year old son. I'd recommend this class (or any other that he teaches) to anyone who's curious about the techniques, history, or professional approach to handling the best foods in the world. My son has been bubbling since we left, asking when we'll return - it'll be sooner than initially planned. It was an all-around glorious experience that I won't ever forget!
