Delicious pizza is on the menu in this family-friendly cooking class. Explore the secrets to creating a pizza, calzones and knots from a five-star chef. Learn the recipe for creating a versatile, soft dough with flour, yeast and water. You will then use this dough to create a variety of pizza variations, from a classic Margarita to a calzone and more.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 7+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I thought the class was fine. The food we cooked was tasty but it did seem like we were just putting ingredients together in a rushed format. I thought there should have been more of an opportunity to make the raviolis, everything seemed rushed and a bit hectic. Also I wish we could have had Togo boxes but all we got was a ziplock and there was so much food waste. Also, we did not get the recipes and thought that would have been nice. Overall the instructor was swift but definitely seemed a bit like she was racing against the clock to get through everything.

Spicy in the best of ways! Very quick-witted and you can tell she has a lot of experience. It was a fun interactive group experience for our work team. Will definitely be back to get yelled at some more.
