Learn how to make gnocchi with a real Italian professional chef!

In this Italian cooking class, Chef Michelangelo will coach you as YOU make gnocchi from scratch! Having moved here from Italy, Chef Michelangelo knows Italian cuisine like the back of his hand. Join him and learn to make amazing gnocchi as well as multiple sauces to accompany. You'll be yearning to visit Italy after spending time cooking with this friendly, hospitable, and talented chef!

Chef Michelangelo will serve an authentic Italian dessert to conclude the meal. Guests are welcome to BYOB.

Learn to make gnocchi from scratch!

Sauces

Create two different sauces to complement the gnocchi:

Sorrentina Style: with Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella and Basil
&
Quattro Formaggi (Four Cheese Sauce: Parmigiano Reggiano, Fontina,
Gorgonzola and Swiss Cheese)

I attended Chef Michelangelo's gnocchi making class. In addition to learning a couple of different ways to make gnocchi, the Chef shared with us his general philosophy on food preparation. He was a warm, fun, and funny host, and I would recommend him to any who would like to learn how to make authentic Italian cuisine.

Chef Michelangelo was awesome! Such a fun experience for my girlfriend and I. Making delicious pasta with insightful tips and stories not to mention the sheer generously of Chef Michelangelo's character. He made the entire morning a birthday she will never forget and it was so fun!

Chef Michelangelo was very patient, helpful, and knowledgable. As we were preparing the food, he would tell us about the food history and why it should be prepared this way to bring out the best flavors. The workplace was clean and comfortable.

Michelangelo was so great! He had a fun personality and great sense of humor. His home was very welcoming and clean. I took my boyfriend as a surprise for Valentine's Day. Tons of parking outside of his apartment. We started right on time. There was 1 other couple and a single in the class with us. We spent the majority of our time making the dough and the pasta itself. Michelangelo had prepared the ravioli mixture, sauces and dessert. It was so much fun and SO delish. Would love to do this again with a few close friends. The small group setting is nice and intimate! Can't recommend Michelangelo enough!!

Chef Michelangelo was fantastic! My twin sister and I took his pasta-making class for our birthday. We had so much fun. Chef was warm and welcoming, and had a great sense of humor. He was also a great teacher. The pasta was excellent, and we left feeling like we could implement the techniques easily on our own. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to learn something new, and have a great time doing it!

What's not to say about Chef Michelangelo?! I loved his personality the minute I heard his voice. He is full of enthusiasm and genuine love for food. The meal he coached us to make was the best I've had all year (fresh-made spinach and ricotta ravioli with a butter sage sauce). Michelangelo is very proud and passionate about his authentic Italian cooking style and really teaches you to cook with the flavors you love most, understanding that everyone has a different pallet. He is patient and encouraging, I'd recommend him to anyone. Truly a pleasure!
