Join him and learn to make amazing gnocchi as well as multiple sauces to accompany. You'll be yearning to visit Italy after spending time cooking with this friendly, hospitable, and talented chef!
Chef Michelangelo will serve an authentic Italian dessert to conclude the meal. Guests are welcome to BYOB.

I attended Chef Michelangelo's gnocchi making class. In addition to learning a couple of different ways to make gnocchi, the Chef shared with us his general philosophy on food preparation. He was a warm, fun, and funny host, and I would recommend him to any who would like to learn how to make authentic Italian cuisine.

Chef Michaelangelo was an amazing host. He was an excellent cooking coach and was very personable in sharing about Italy. Would highly recommend him to everyone.

Chef Michelangelo was awesome! Such a fun experience for my girlfriend and I. Making delicious pasta with insightful tips and stories not to mention the sheer generously of Chef Michelangelo's character. He made the entire morning a birthday she will never forget and it was so fun!

I am an authentic Italian professional chef (Member of the Italian Federation of Chefs). My style of cooking is delicious and simple, with many of the recipes handed down from my grandmothers. I have lived and worked in Florence, Milan, Treviso, Rome, Parma, savoring and discovering the many different regional cuisines. Now I want to share the wealth of knowledge and experience I have accumulated and savored with everyone who has the desire and the passion to eat well.
