Explore the vibrant flavors of Korean cuisine over three courses.
Handcraft the flavors of traditional Korean dishes in this immersive hands-on cooking class. To begin, you'll fill then cook dumpling wrappers with a savory pork and green onion filling that you'll pair with a homemade sesame dipping sauce. Next, learn how to make soft rice cake with a sweet and spicy sauce and finish the class by creating rich and smoky Korean barbecue beef lettuce wraps.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef
Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
