In this fun and engaging cooking class, you'll discover how to steam dumplings, roll sushi and more as Chef Iliana guides you through a stunning menu of four incredible Japanese dishes.
To begin the class, you'll fill dumpling wrappers with shrimp, then steam them to make a mouthwatering shumai starter. Next, enrobe earthy eggplant with the umami-rich flavor of miso, then it's time to learn all about sushi. After making a variety of rolls, you'll end class by indulging in a creamy no-bake cheesecake infused with matcha for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
