Cooking Class - Elevated French Cuisine
Join Chef Michael as he teaches you everything you need to know to create a traditional menu from France, including smart cooking techniques and how to find the perfect balance of flavors.
Start on the stovetop by making a savory soup with melted cheese and a crispy baguette. Next, learn how to debone a young chicken and stuff it with a mix of house-made sausage, brioche bread and cheese, and layer a Lyonnaise salad featuring frisée, bacon lardons and a perfectly poached egg. Finally, infuse a classic dessert with the nutty flavor of pistachios.
