Harness the warm glow of Southern Italy's robust and sunny cuisine in this culinary experience.

In this hands-on class with Chef Landi, you will learn how to prepare gnocchi from scratch and serve it with an authentic Bolognese sauce hailing from the sun-soaked and weathered south of Italy.

You'll start your meal off with a refreshing caprese salad with fresh tomato and basil. After mixing, rolling, cutting and cooking your homemade potato gnocchi, Chef Landi will teach you how to prepare a traditional Bolognese sauce. You'll finish up with a delightful vanilla crème brûlée for a sweet touch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had an amazing evening with Chef Landi! He taught us how to make delicious Italian food as he explained the ingredients, process, and technique as we went along. Our food was delicious and his kitchen is warm and inviting. We met some new friends and had many laughs and good conversation over dinner. 10/10 would recommend Chef Landi!
