Harness the warm glow of Southern Italy's robust and sunny cuisine in this culinary experience.

In this hands-on class with Chef Landi, you will learn how to prepare gnocchi from scratch and serve it with an authentic Bolognese sauce hailing from the sun-soaked and weathered south of Italy.

You'll start your meal off with a refreshing caprese salad with fresh tomato and basil. After mixing, rolling, cutting and cooking your homemade potato gnocchi, Chef Landi will teach you how to prepare a traditional Bolognese sauce. You'll finish up with a delightful vanilla crème brûlée for a sweet touch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time! Chef Landi was very nice and personable. He made accommodations for my boyfriend who is vegetarian and didn’t make a big deal of it. He was easy to understand and ask questions. We all enjoyed the meals so much. He even took the time to write out the pesto recipe for us. Totally recommend booking with him!
