Chef Landi introduces you to the incredible world of mushrooms and how to cook with each.

The world of mushrooms is vast and varied. Chef Landi will introduce you to several varieties and teach you how to cook with each for optimal health.

Begin the hands-on class with classic tomato bruschetta, then make a delicate soup featuring mixed mushrooms, onions and garlic seasoned to perfection. Next, learn how to perfectly sear salmon served with truffle oil, puréed mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus and butter lemon sauce. For dessert, craft a delectable bread pudding with strawberries, ice cream and chocolate.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Great chef and wonderful storyteller. The meals came out awesome, and I look forward to trying them again at home. I would highly recommend it for a date night, friend's evening, or family gathering.

Chef Landi is an amazing cook and teacher and I loved his class! He is such a warm person and made me feel so welcome in his beautiful home. Above all, the food was DELICIOUS! I would love to do another one of his classes because it was 110% worth it.
