Chef Landi introduces you to the incredible world of mushrooms and how to cook with each.

The world of mushrooms is vast and varied. Chef Landi will introduce you to several varieties and teach you how to cook with each for optimal health.

Begin the hands-on class with warm ginger honey tea infused with reishi mushrooms, then make a delicate soup featuring mixed mushrooms, onions and garlic seasoned to perfection. Next, learn how to perfectly sear salmon served with truffle oil, puréed parsnips, steamed asparagus and butter lemon sauce. For dessert, craft a delectable bread pudding with porcini mushroom liquid, strawberries, ice cream and chocolate.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I could not have had a better time at this class. Chef Landi made us feel comfortable from the start and just made it such an enjoyable experience for us. He clearly has many years of expertise in cooking and shared several tips with us for perfecting our meals. The 3 meals we cooked with him were some of the tastiest ones I have ever had!

Chef Landi provided an absolutely wonderful experience. He is an excellent teacher and chef. The food was incredible and the experience was unlike any other. He truly connects with the members of the class and is an amazing host. The mushroom soup was to die for. I could not recommend this class enough!!!
