Chef Landi introduces you to the incredible world of mushrooms and how to cook with each.

The world of mushrooms is vast and varied. Chef Landi will introduce you to several varieties and teach you how to cook with each for optimal health.

Begin the hands-on class with warm ginger honey tea infused with reishi mushrooms, then make a delicate soup featuring mixed mushrooms, onions and garlic seasoned to perfection. Next, learn how to perfectly sear salmon served with truffle oil, puréed parsnips, steamed asparagus and butter lemon sauce. For dessert, craft a delectable bread pudding with porcini mushroom liquid, strawberries, ice cream and chocolate.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
