Practice classic culinary skills for a traditional French menu in this hands-on cooking class.

Create your own French bistro menu from the heart of NYC, guided by Chef Danny. Master culinary techniques like searing and brûléeing plus the secret to balancing salty, sweet and acidic flavors.

Begin by building a classic niçoise salad, complete with soft-boiled egg and a tangy vinaigrette. Next, you'll learn how to perfectly cook a steak and emulsify the drippings for a flavorful peppercorn sauce that's quintessential French. Finally, whisk up your own custard and delicately caramelize the sugar for stunning crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.

My husband and I had a great, and educational experience with Chef Y. We learned so much and the chefs were so helpful and everything is hands on! We ended up having a great time working together and with other couples! Then ended up having a delicious 4 course meal! Definitely will be doing another class soon!
