Chef Blu will add modern flair to classic Mediterranean dishes in this interactive cooking class, where she'll teach you how to make four dishes using fresh ingredients and a variety of techniques.

Begin by slicing and dicing tomatoes and red onions and grilling chicken for a horiatiki salad starter. Then, combine ingredients to make lamb meatballs, which you'll top with a creamy tzatziki sauce and nestle into homemade pita bread, and build a chopped salad featuring chickpeas and feta. For dessert, you'll roll chocolate with raspberry sorbet for truffles made crunchy with pistachios.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Blu was a no show. This is our second try with her. The first time she cancelled an hour before she was supposed to arrive due to a car accident, which I understood of course. This time, no show, no call, no answer in her cell phone from me or CozyMeal Customer Service.
