Chef Blu will add modern flair to classic Mediterranean dishes in this interactive cooking class, where she'll teach you how to make four dishes using fresh ingredients and a variety of techniques.
Begin by slicing and dicing tomatoes and red onions and grilling chicken for a horiatiki salad starter. Then, combine ingredients to make lamb meatballs, which you'll top with a creamy tzatziki sauce and nestle into homemade pita bread, and build a chopped salad featuring chickpeas and feta. For dessert, you'll roll chocolate with raspberry sorbet for truffles made crunchy with pistachios.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
