In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Talia will teach you how to cook a 3-course Japanese-inspired menu. First, you'll learn how to prepare shishito peppers as a fun, flavorful appetizer. Then, Chef Talia will walk you through the process of perfectly cooking salmon. She'll show you how to create a flavorful sake-miso marinade and give you great recommendations about where to find fresh, high quality fish in the city. You'll also learn the trick to achieving beautiful purple rice and excellent, crisp broccoli.
Finally, you'll create a simple, refreshing dessert consisting of fresh berries dipped in a light matcha cream, subtly sweetened with maple syrup. Chef Talia invites guests to BYOB and is happy to travel to your location in Los Angeles!
