Handcraft a variety of Spanish recipes, from meatballs to paella to fried potatoes, in this engaging cooking class. Chef Eric will lead you through traditional cooking techniques using fresh ingredients.
Begin the class by making albondigas, savory beef and pork meatballs cooked in a tomato sauce. For the main course, learn how to make paella studded with seafood and chorizo, and fry up spicy patatas bravas served with a homemade aioli. For dessert, whip up an indulgent creamy coconut rice pudding infused with vanilla.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
