Kids will learn the culinary basics while creating a Southern-style comfort meal.
Join Chef Mary Ann for an interactive kids cooking class where they'll learn all about mindful kitchen techniques, knife skills and the importance of timing and proper measurements as they prepare a Southern menu.
First up is a kid favorite — macaroni and cheese — prepared using a creamy French béchamel sauce. Then, the little chefs will fry up chicken thighs to the perfect crispy texture before forming and baking biscuits topped with decadent honey butter. Finally, Chef Mary Ann will show them how to whip up a simple treat: Tangy frozen strawberry lemonade.
A minimum of one adult is required to be in attendance per group. Adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids. This class is recommended for ages 8-12.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Going to Chef Mary Ann was quite an inspiration! I felt totally transported to Italy with her delicate dishes full of aromas that you can only find in an authentic Italian home. She presented her lessons with her amazing style, and made me feel as if I was cooking with a superstar Italian grandmother. Thanks for such a wonderful time!!
