Explore the versatility of luxurious caviar with this internationally inspired menu by Chef Chris.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Chris will introduce you to indulgent varieties of caviar enjoyed around the world. Showcase the nuances of this opulent ingredient while preparing recipes featuring different styles of caviar from Asian, Italian and Greek cuisines.

Across several courses, you will craft a savory feast, including umami-rich daikon radish pancakes topped with ikura, or red salmon caviar, fresh pita to accompany homemade taramasalata with white tarama, a type of Greek fish roe, and decadent Italian risotto infused with Champagne and saffron and finished with black caviar.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class was great, but moreover, Chris was just a delight. We talked all evening long about an array of topics. We cooked a great Korean meal, and his home was warm and welcoming. What a wonderful way to end my birthday.

We enjoyed our evening. The food was terrific, and Chris is an excellent teacher. As a couple attending the class in the chef's home, the experience was probably different than it would have been at our home. There, the focus was on the learning and doing; in our home, there might have been the added element of 'dining,' including wine and table setting.
