Cooking Class - Italian Lamb Dinner

From caprese salad to savory lamb chops, learn to cook Italian with the knowledgable Chef Ali!

In this hands-on Italian cooking class, Chef Ali will teach you how to prepare a delicious, professionally designed four-course meal. He will start out with a classic caprese salad with homemade mozzarella and organic heirloom tomatoes and basil. You will then learn how to make a lovely kale salad with local quinoa and lemon dressing.

The main entrée will be Shannon Ranch lamb chops cooked to perfection, with organic heirloom fingerling potato chickpeas, brussels sprouts, and snap peas in a tasty cabernet lamb sauce.

To top it all off, for dessert Chef Ali finishes his lesson with his Italian homemade cheesecake accompanied by seasonal berries. This cooking class will leave you not only full of delicious food and a memorable night of fun, but ready to prepare the five star meal for all of your friends and family!

Chef Ali is so friendly and such a fantastic chef. He plated everything beautifully as if it was second nature. When you talk to him you can tell he has a wealth of knowledge from working all over the world and on both sides of the country. His dishes are both delicious and perfectly composed!

Chef Ali was born near the Mediterranean Sea and was inspired by the great seafood off the coast. He attended cooking school in Turkey and then worked for a cruise line where he learned about cuisines from all over the world. Chef Ali later moved to New Jersey and opened a popular Italian restaurant. Drawn to the wonders of fresh Californian ingredients, he then headed west and opened a farm-to-table restaurant in Napa. Chef Ali is now excited to cook with you in the Bay Area!
