Learn how to create healthy vegan meals with a delicious Mediterranean influence.

In this hands-on cooking class, discover how to elevate traditional vegan ingredients into favorite Mediterranean meals. Chef Dorothy will help you pair plant-based proteins with familiar recipes for delicious cuisine.

Begin by roasting fresh chickpeas and tossing them with vegetables and bold spices. Then, mix baked tempeh with quinoa, brown rice and fresh vegetables for a power-packed dish, and create a revamped salad with edamame, crispy seeds and pumpkin seed pumfu. End by baking a crunchy cacao cookie with chia seeds for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
