Discover elevated vegan recipes in this hands-on Italian cooking class. Chef Dorothy will walk you through traditional recipes and guide you through transforming them into incredible vegan meals.

Begin by crafting bruschetta with homemade French bread, fresh tomatoes and savory spices. Next, toss handcrafted linguine pasta with fresh herbs and roasted vegetables, and prepare a butter lettuce and radish salad drizzled with a zesty vinaigrette. End your class by baking classic Italian anise cookies and decorating them with sweet vegan icing.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
