Next, toss handcrafted linguine pasta with fresh herbs and roasted vegetables, and prepare a butter lettuce and radish salad drizzled with a zesty vinaigrette. End your class by baking classic Italian anise cookies and decorating them with sweet vegan icing.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Dorothy was quick to set up stations for my girlfriend and I to work together creating the Italian dinner. She showed us a few cutting techniques and was answering the questions we had!

The food was so good!!! and Dorothy was super nice and communicative! The only thing I will say is be aware that the price listed does not include groceries and travel costs for the chef. Overall it was a great experience!
