Learn to use a pasta machine to make a feast!
This is a private class set up to teach the basics of using a new pasta maker. Chef Polina will teach a variety of machine-rolled and machine-cut pastas, giving you the confidence to make your own! You will make enough pasta throughout the class that there will be plenty of leftovers.
You're welcome to serve your own wine or beer with the class; Chef Polina is happy to provide recommendations.

Meet your chef
I am a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and have years of experience as a personal chef. I was born and raised in Moscow, Russia where I learned the lore of Eastern European cooking from my grandmother. I am a food enthusiast and a member of the United States Personal Chef Association. I enjoy cooking Californian meals, traditional Russian dishes, and world fusion cuisine. I look forward to hosting you!
