Cooking Class - Fresh Handmade Bread and Pastries
Join Chef Falyn in baking a variety of fresh bread and sweet pastries in this engaging, hands-on cooking class. Learn the techniques pastry chefs use to create three elevated recipes from scratch.
As you enjoy an amuse-bouche charcuterie board with a variety of meats, cheeses and fruit, you'll make homemade ciabatta bread with a crispy crust and soft inside. Next, make a buttery gâteau Breton with a velvety strawberry jam inside. You'll finish the class by baking a sweet raspberry lavender clafoutis with tart lemon zest.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
