In this cooking class, Chef Melrine will show you how to create an Italian meal featuring pasta made from scratch. You'll learn time-honored Old World techniques for elevating handmade pasta dishes for your friends and family to savor.
Begin by preparing a classic Caesar salad topped with homemade dressing before baking buttery garlic bread. Then, transform wholesome ingredients into your very own seafood pasta tossed with a lemon garlic sauce and tender scallops. For dessert, whip up a cheesecake served with cherry compote.
