Begin by crafting a crispy almond pain with chocolate, vegan butter and plant-based milk. Next, prepare a traditional apple tart and top it with from-scratch rum raisin ice cream made using creamy coconut milk, and bake up hazelnut fudge cakelets drizzled with a bold espresso ganache. Finish your class by handcrafting fluffy cream puffs with a tart raspberry filling.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
