Cooking Class - Classic Indian Vegetarian

Work with ingredients reminiscent of an Indian spice market as you craft this classic menu.
Learn the delicate dance of heat and flavor in this Indian-inspired cooking class taught by Chef Regina, where you will fold samosas, blend warm spices for a delicate curry and whip up a creamy dessert.
Begin by carefully frying golden brown samosas with a savory filling and a herbaceous chutney for dipping. Next, liberally spice your version of chana masala, a chickpea curry dish with cardamom and curry spices to go along with steamed saffron-infused basmati rice. For dessert, you will mix a fluffy mousse flavored with tropical mango.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Regina is a seasoned culinary professional. She loves menu development and creating seasonal dishes with what is specifically in season. She taught me how to make one of the mother sauces, bechamel. Mac n cheese is one of my favorite dishes. I was very excited about learning this.
