Take a culinary trip to Southeast Asia in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Regina that features fresh ingredients, smart cooking techniques and a handful of authentic recipes.

Begin by crafting crunchy lettuce wraps that you'll fill with savory ground chicken mixed with fish sauce and a hint of lime. For the main course, you'll roast pork adobo style, served atop a bed of fluffy coconut rice, a local favorite. Dessert is turon, a sweet version of the crunchy egg roll, made by lightly frying banana spring rolls.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
