Cooking Class - Flavors of Southeast Asia
Create beloved Asian dishes from scratch with cooking tips from a professional chef.
Take a culinary trip to Southeast Asia in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Regina that features fresh ingredients, smart cooking techniques and a handful of authentic recipes.
Begin by crafting crunchy lettuce wraps that you'll fill with savory ground chicken mixed with fish sauce and a hint of lime. For the main course, you'll roast pork adobo style, served atop a bed of fluffy coconut rice, a local favorite. Dessert is turon, a sweet version of the crunchy egg roll, made by lightly frying banana spring rolls.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Regina is a seasoned culinary professional. She loves menu development and creating seasonal dishes with what is specifically in season. She taught me how to make one of the mother sauces, bechamel. Mac n cheese is one of my favorite dishes. I was very excited about learning this.
