From fresh seafood to colorful produce ripened in the Mediterranean sunshine, Chef Dennis will teach you how to highlight signature ingredients from this bountiful region. Throughout the lesson, you will combine classic flavors with elevated techniques.
Begin with a Greek twist on crab cakes drizzled with a creamy yogurt sauce followed by pan-seared lemon and garlic shrimp served with fluffy couscous and fresh vegetables. Mix up a traditional horiatiki salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, feta and olives before finishing the meal with juicy roasted peaches and zesty lemon ricotta cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Dennis, who graduated with a degree in culinary foundations from the Auguste Escoffier Culinary Institute, has over a decade of experience working in catering and in kitchens at a variety of establishments. His culinary pursuits have opened the door to a variety of roles, including line lead, lead cook, sous chef and general manager. A master in menu curation, Chef Dennis brings a high energy yet determined focus into every kitchen endeavor.
