From fresh seafood to colorful produce ripened in the Mediterranean sunshine, Chef Dennis will teach you how to highlight signature ingredients from this bountiful region. Throughout the lesson, you will combine classic flavors with elevated techniques.
Begin with a Greek twist on crab cakes drizzled with a creamy yogurt sauce followed by pan-seared lemon and garlic shrimp served with fluffy couscous and fresh vegetables. Mix up a traditional horiatiki salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, feta and olives before finishing the meal with juicy roasted peaches and zesty lemon ricotta cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
