Begin your lesson by whipping up patatas bravas, a tapas favorite, and make a zesty salsa brimming with sweet and tangy mango. Assemble mallorquin tumbet, a Spanish version of ratatouille made of layered vegetables, and prepare a jackfruit version of Spanish chicken and rice. Mango and guava cheesecake brings this lesson to a sweet close.
