Join Chef Monica as you explore the fascinating world of baking techniques.

Learn the science of baking in this immersive cooking class as Chef Monica guides you in perfecting your culinary techniques.

Start by learning to craft bread dough as a base for savory grape tomato and basil bruschetta. You’ll also create a delicate pâte à choux and transform it into a sweet gnocchi Parisienne before learning the secrets to the perfect basil cookie. Next, Chef Monica will show you how to create short-crust dough from scratch that you'll turn into a fruity French apple tarte tatin.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We went over on time, but had a great experience learning how to make various doughs from scratch! I loved that we learned the whys and didn’t just follow recipes so there’s more understanding behind it all.

My husband and I loved this experience. Chef Monica was super knowledgeable and so interesting to talk to, I mean that in the best way possible. The food was delicious and we learned so much about different types of flour and information about gluten. We made gnocchi with truffle Gouda, profiteroles, tart tatan and dough for naan. Chef Monica fed us bruschetta and vegan chocolate ice cream. This was just a treat. Delightful experience. Thank you for the sourdough starter!!
