Join Chef Casey for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn the complete process of how to make fresh sushi rolls from scratch — featuring fresh and healthy ingredients.
Start your journey by preparing a salty Hawaiian furikake popcorn topped with a mixture of nori and sesame seeds. Next, learn how to make perfect sushi rice and slice up fresh ingredients such as salmon, tuna or ginger. Next, discover how to assemble them to create perfect maki rolls, inside-out rolls or classic nigiri sushi. Enjoy a refreshing green tea sorbet for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With his classical training and years of industry experience in some of the best restaurants in Oregon, Chef Casey brings undeniable energy and skill to his cooking classes. He's a certified chef de cuisine, continuing his education with courses at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley. Chef Casey is eager to share his passion for gastronomy with others, especially his love of homegrown herbs and fresh seasonal ingredients.
