Cooking Class - Rustic Spanish Adventure

Chef Joel will teach you how to use Spain's traditional flavors in incredible dishes.

In this hands-on Spanish cooking class, Chef Joel will teach you some of Spain’s most iconic dishes. You’ll learn about traditional cuisine and ingredients as well as classic cooking methods and techniques.

First, create an authentic Spanish tortilla made with potatoes, eggs, chorizo and fresh herbs, and smoky short rib empanadas served with the perfect pairing of pickled onions and smoked paprika-infused aioli. Next, Chef Joel will show you how to prepare cod croquettes and savory romesco sauce, and for dessert, crunchy cinnamon-laced churros with chocolate.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
