Learn how to craft a simple, vegetarian menu of Mediterranean classics with Chef Nathan.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Nathan will guide you as you practice essential cooking skills and employ common kitchen appliances to build a simple, yet hearty, Mediterranean meal.

Begin with a salty, savory olive tapenade with roasted peppers and crisp crostini. For the main course, prepare lentil and chickpea baked falafel bites with fresh vegetables and tangy tzatziki sauce. Learn how to make creamy hummus from scratch with a few simple ingredients and a good processor. For dessert, practice working with phyllo dough to build a flaky baklava.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
