Cooking Class - Ecuadorian Coastal Fare
Chefs Luis and Sabrina will teach you all about classic ingredients and smart cooking techniques common in Ecuadorian kitchens as you craft an authentic menu featuring seafood, including preparing a traditional fish entrée.
Start by making a refreshing shrimp ceviche infused with lime and cilantro. Then, learn how to perfectly cook corvina fish, which you'll pair with a creamy coconut salsa, and fry up green plantains sided by a savory peanut butter sauce. For dessert, Chefs Luis and Sabrina will teach you how to elevate cheesecake with the exotic flavor of passion fruit and lime.
