Cooking Class - Paleo Braised Beets and Broiled Lemon Chicken
The secret to cooking paleo? By becoming practiced in the art of braising and boiling. Chef Joni, a certified therapeutic chef, will teach you all you need to know, and while you dine on the nutritious meal you have prepared, you’ll be able to ask her about healthy cooking and eating tips.
Start by assembling a tasty amuse-bouche before learning how to skillfully braise beets with red cabbage, red onion and coconut oil. Then, broil chicken breasts or thighs with citrus, capers and your choice of cheese, and serve it all with roasted potatoes. After, finish off by crafting a silky chocolate mousse according to your desired tastes.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
