Join Chef Joss for a vibrant Spanish feast featuring the nation’s signature dish.

In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to create a hearty, shareable meal centered around Spain’s national dish: Paella. Chef Joss invites you to bring your favorite bottle of red wine to mix up a fruity sangria to enjoy with your meal.

Begin class with a nod to the Spanish coast by assembling a spicy mussel dish with chorizo. Next, the chef will guide you as you create a classic sausage and shrimp paella seasoned with cilantro and saffron. Lastly, finish the meal with sweet and crunchy churros and chocolate dipping sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Sangria

Chef will provide the fruit if guests would like to bring red wine

Mejillones con Chorizo

With bomba rice, smoked sausage, shrimp, cilantro and saffron

Churros

With cinnamon, sugar and chocolate sauce

As a birthday gift to my my husband, I reached out to Cozymeal to have Chef Joss show us how to make a Spanish Pallela. Chef Joss reached out before the event to ensure we had everything ready including a delicious sangria. She sent the recipe early so we could let it chill for a few hours before the meal, which worked out well because we were also able to enjoy a glass while preparing the meal! She was on time, a great conversationalist and very informative on new techniques. The food was delicious and she even cleaned all the dishes and kitchen while we enjoyed the meal! We’d highly recommend Cozymeal and specifically Chef Joss!

Chef Joss was awesome. She provided all of the food and ingredients. The session was fun and the dumplings were so easy to make with her guidance! We'll definitely be reaching out to her again for future classes.

Jocelyn was absolutely so amazing! She was so so polite, she was warm, and very patient with us! She taught us fun tricks to help with cooking the dish, as well as just tips in general for cooking. She was an absolute pleasure. We will hopefully be taking another class with her soon. Cannot recommend her enough!

Chef Joss was extremely professional and a great teacher. She was very patient walking us through each step and the presentation at the end was beautiful! We were pleasantly surprised that she even cleaned up while we enjoyed our meal! Would highly recommend taking a class from Chef Joss to any of our family or friends.

I hired Joss to cater my Mother's 50th birthday party. There were 30 people total. Joss was absolutely amazing not only was the food incredible, she was a one woman show. She cooked, cleaned her word station, and served all on her own. The food was beautifully displayed and matched well with my Mothers' theme. My mom and our guests were ecstatic!! She is truly gifted in what she does and her passion shows in every detail.

What a fantastic night! We had the pleasure of learning how to make Asian dumplings at the Farmers' Market! Chef Joss was so wonderful and I can't for the next class! So much fun!!
