Cooking Class - Handmade Pasta Dinner
Discover the delicious difference handmade pasta can make in this lesson celebrating Italian dining.
Chef Myisha shares her secrets for creating tender, tasty homemade pasta in this Italian-themed, hands-on cooking class. She'll guide you through the process of turning fresh ingredients into noodles you'll be proud to serve!
Begin your lesson with a panzanella prepared with heirloom tomatoes and greens on crusty Italian bread. Then, create your homemade pasta and an authentic marinara sauce flavored with onion and basil to top it. And because a proper Italian dinner calls for an indulgent traditional dessert, whip up a creamy tiramisu adorned with chocolate-coated espresso beans.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
