The art of the dumpling is yours to enjoy in this exciting Asian cooking course.
If homemade dumplings sound like your idea of delicious then this hands-on cooking class with Chef Myisha will get you cooking in the right direction! Learn traditional techniques and authentic recipes prepared with a gourmet touch.
Start your lesson with shumai, featuring shrimp, pork and black truffle and a spicy lobster bao served with daikon radish slaw. Then, it's onto wonton noodle soup brimming with chicken and vegetables before creating steamed kimchi and pork dumplings. And, because dumplings can be sweet too, you'll create delicious pan-fried apple dumplings topped with caramel sauce for dessert.
