Learn the secrets to preparing fresh homemade fettuccine pasta in this hands-on cooking class.

Learn how to master of the art of hand-rolling your own made-from-scratch pasta, a beloved dish around the world. Chef Sachet will teach you everything you need to know, including which ingredients to use and the best rolling technique.

Before delving into your pasta-making workshop, you'll create a bruschetta appetizer. Then, after you've crafted your fettuccine, you'll prepare one of two sauces for serving: Arrabbiata sauce with shrimp or a brown butter and sage cream sauce. Lastly, in celebration of your hard work, you'll handcraft then indulge in a rich espresso tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Sachet was great! Her energy was awesome and she kept things moving really nicely. My partner and I had both made pasta before but were looking to improve our knowledge and skills and she did just that. We also learned some great kitchen tips and tricks along the way. While we did not mind it, we did not end up receiving the dessert. Somebody else might have been upset about it. Also, a note for the company...I thought I had selected a different menu option but apparently I did not make selection at all. Interface for the website could have been better basically.
