Cooking Class - Southeast Asian Fare Made Vegan

Get a taste of South East Asia with a vegan twist in this creative class.

Learn how to make a handful of classic South East Asian dishes with vegan accommodations in this informative, interactive cooking class with Chef Alex.

To begin, roll up fresh spring rolls filled with crispy tofu and vegetables and enjoy with nước chấm — a variety of Vietnamese dipping sauces. Then, practice your knife skills to prepare a green papaya salad. Next, learn how to make crispy cashew-crusted tofu on curry-coconut risotto with eggplant rendang. The chef will provide a dessert option to create based on dietary restrictions.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Communicated my feedback to cozymeal already and they were great! My boyfriend and I had a fine time but we were looking for a bit more for the price. We had a great class! Made a nice date night. Alex taught us a lot, and it was really a treat to have such a complex, delicious meal made for us in our own kitchen! Appreciated the hands on experiences, like learning how to make spring rolls and fried tofu -- easier than expected! -- as well as lots of pro tips about ingredients, equipment, technique, and of course, cooking.
