Join Chef Mike in a five-course, hands-on culinary experience that brings a fresh, seasonal harvest to life on a plate.
Begin with a bright refreshing arugula salad. The main dish features salmon, accompanied by flavorful pea gnocchi and a plentiful sampling of seasonal vegetables with a velvety beurre blanc. Dessert will really get a rise out of you, as Chef Mike shows you how to prepare the ever-ubiquitous chocolate soufflé.
