Master the art of pastry-making, focusing on design, composition and Michelin-level presentation in this hands-on pastry cooking class. Discover negative space, texture contrast, height and color harmony while transforming desserts into culinary art.

Explore the foundations of two desserts, such as tiramisu and citrus olive oil cake. Prepare every component from scratch, including mascarpone sabayon, chocolate ganache, mascarpone Chantilly and citrus cream. Then, focus on refined garnishes such as chocolate sablé soil and cocoa dust, grapefruit fluid gel, lemon crumble, honey tuile and citrus supremes to plate your desserts like a professional.
