Let Chef Strange demonstrate her methods for bringing pescatarian dining to the grill with this hands-on cooking class. She'll show you how to jazz up fish and seafood in a BBQ class that's sure to please.
You'll prepare flatbread topped with BBQ buffalo shrimp and a green goddess salad filled with fresh garden vegetables. Then, cook up salmon in a sweet, smoky bourbon glaze with broccoli mash and maple pecan sweet potatoes sides. End with homemade red velvet whoopie pies filled with fresh cream cheese frosting.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Strange is super friendly and takes her time to thoroughly explain what she is doing when teaching. She will make any cooking class enjoyable and filled with her culinary knowledge!

If I could leave zero stars I would. She messaged me ONE MINUTE before she was supposed to arrive telling me that she was not coming. I then tried to call and message her multiple times, with no response. This was for my sisters bachelorette party so then we had to scramble to make other plans for her. Very disappointed in the entire experience. Will not be booking her again…ever. So unprofessional. NO communication.

We had a wonderful time with Chef Strange. She swooped in to save the day when our other chef had to cancel. The meal she brought to us and helped us cook was excellent and we feel that we can actually do it again Ourselves. We had a celebration and Chef Strange joined right in. I think all of us would absolutely choose Cozymeal and Chef Strange again on our next visit to Atlanta.
