Learn the tricks to preparing a full dinner menu with minimal time and one pan.

Dive into the art of efficient cooking during this hands-on cooking class with Chef Greg. In under fifteen minutes, you'll use the same single pan to cook up a gourmet four-course dinner menu.

Begin by brewing a seafood chowder with cream, fresh vegetables and potatoes before expertly preparing a smoky peppercorn steak with cognac and creamy mushroom chicken Marsala with sweet sherry. Lastly, you'll transition to something sweet and fire up a bananas Foster for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
