Explore up to five different types of luscious greens, from collards and mustard greens to bok choy and dandelion, as you discover scrumptious ways to tenderize, braise and season them to perfection. You'll even get a look into what goes into creating traditional African American pot liquor, made from the stew in a simmering pot of greens.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
