Cooking Class - Paleo Seared Fish and Roast Herbed Vegetables
You’ll understand the secrets to cooking healthy and light after working with Chef Joni, a certified therapeutic chef and expert at designing balanced, nutritious meals.
In this cooking class, you’ll be taught how to roast seasonal vegetables the right way to ensure the brightest flavors, how to sear a fish to perfection, and how to create a chocolate mousse according to your tastes. After, you’ll sit down to dine on all you’ve prepared, and can ask Chef Joni more about cooking for your health and nutrition tips.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
