In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Nia, you'll learn how to make several brunch favorites (and a new favorite) from scratch using professional cooking tips and tricks.
To begin, you'll toss together a Thai-inspired herb salad with refreshing ingredients like basil and cilantro. Then, it's time to perfect your frying skills as you prepare crispy chicken to top fresh Belgian waffles for a classic chicken-and-waffles combo. To complete the meal, you'll learn how to scramble eggs like a professional and prepare decadent brown sugar-candied bacon.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
