In this interactive cooking class, Chef Jenna highlights the signature flavors of Korean BBQ with a vegetable-focused menu. Learn how to make classic dishes inspired by Korean cuisine using regional produce.
Begin the class with a refreshing salad featuring Korea’s most iconic dish: Kimchi. Next, the chef will teach you how to build the rich, smoky flavors of Korean bulgogi using daikon radish as your base. To accompany your bulgogi, enjoy a spicy cucumber salad and barley tea jasmine rice. For dessert, craft a sweet take on pa jun, traditional Korean pancakes.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Chef Jenna was an incredible experience and very friendly! The meal was unique and delicious, and Chef Jenna was very helpful walking through the recipe and teaching us various techniques. Would recommend!

Chef Jenna was absolutely incredible. She made our experience one to remember. She took the time to really ensure we were enjoying ourselves and went above and beyond to make us have a wonderful experience. She even tailored our requests prior to coming. Looking forward to working with her again

We absolutely loved our experience with Jenna! We weren't sure what to expect and we were blown away by everything. The food was incredible, we learned a lot about cooking and the whole process could not have been more seamless. Also, we were especially grateful that she was able to modify the meal ahead of time for my dietary restrictions (no dairy).

Chef Jenna was wonderful! We had a lovely Mediterranean meal and great conversation, it was a perfect Friday night. The food was delicious and we learned a few new tricks, even as experienced home cooks. Plus there was enough left over for lunch the next day! Would highly recommend and do this again.

Chef Jenna is super friendly and versed in many cuisine types. She is super knowledgeable in all things culinary and truly pays attention to all the small details. I totally recommend her if you are in the D.C and Baltimore area!
